Here is a great activity to get you moving and working hard! Try spelling out your first name and do the exercise next to each letter to make up your own workout.
You can make it trickier by doing your full name which will make the workout longer.
Try mixing it up for another day by doing the name of your favourite sports player.
You could chose a family members name or even the name of a place you love to go to!
For Key stage 2 children add on 10 seconds to each activity!
(If you are unsure on how to do any of the exercises you can ask your parents to demonstrate or spend 5 minutes researching)
