• 18+ years old with 1 years minimum experience of primary school enviroment

• Level 2 NGB/UKCC award/NVQ III/Sports coaching or teaching relevant degree

• Enhanced DBS check

• First aid trained

• Child protection/safeguarding/equality/prevent training

• Multiskill training

• In-house sports and CPD courses

• All coaches are mentored by a senior member of staff

• All coaches are assessed termly

• Employers and public liability insurance

• Health and safety, uncollected child and missing child policies

• Risk assessment
