Day 1
Today's activity is to see how many step ups you can do in 30 seconds!
If you are KS2 or above try for 1 minute!
This is something everyone can do, either on the bottom step of your stairs, on your doorstep or even outside!
Day 2
It's tranquil Tuesday, so today we thought it would be great to do some colouring.
On Friday it's VE Day or 'Victory in Europe Day' which marks the day towards the end of World War Two when fighting against Nazi Germany in Europe came to an end.
Here is some fantastic bunting to colour in and put up on Friday to celebrate the day!

Day 3
Mr Giblett's weekly Wednesday challenge this week is a figure of 8 hand eye coordination game!
Time - 60 seconds
0-24 points = Bronze
25-34 = Silver
34 and above = Gold
Let us know how you get on!
Day 4
Today's activity is the crab walk, which is great for gross motor development and core stability.
Get them sitting down with their hands and feet by there side. Then they need to push up so their body is like a table, keeping their hips high to work on strengthening their core muscles.
To make this more challenging -
*Place something on their tummy and see if they can crab walk without it falling off!
*Get them to touch their right hand to their left foot while in the crab walking position.
*Get them to complete a number or letter sequence, or to a requested object or sight.
*Do a crab dance! Lift one foot up and hold for 5 seconds then try a hand!
*Have a race with someone in your home!
All of these additions will work on their core stability, body awareness, balancing and core strength.
